1. Introduction

1.1. 3.1. 8. Cross-border transfer of personal data

8.1. DT Ecosystem has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Rights of the owner of confidential information

9.1. Rights of Users, Sellers and Buyers:

10.3. In case of detection of the fact of illegal use of Confidential Information, the Subject of Confidential Information whose data has been illegally used shall send a written application to the DT Ecosystem to delete such Confidential Information.
